Ingredients
1 rack of lamb chop (frenched) 12 pieces when cut
2 sprigs rosemary (picked & minced)
12 cloves fresh peeled garlic (minced)
extra virgin olive oil (to lightly coat lamb chops)
kosher salt to taste ( this means as to your liking)
Directions
pat lamb chops dry with a clean towel or paper towels (set aside)
pick rosemary and mince (set aside)
for the garlic smash each clove with the wide flat side of your knife and mince (set aside)
in a large bowl place lamb chop in bowl and drizzle olive oil enough to coat lightly
once lamb chops are lightly coated with olive oil add minced garlic,minced rosemary & salt.
grease hot grill rack with a folded towel that has been dipped in vegetable oil ( be careful as flames will flare) place chops on grill and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
remove lamb chops from grill and place on oven safe rack
place lamb chops in oven and finish cooking about 8 minutes on 350 degrees
